Examine
We look at the watch before quoting. The external condition, the movement's state, and the owner's expectations all shape what we propose.

Before any work starts, we confirm the scope, the price, and the expected timeline. Nothing is assumed or added without a conversation.
Deliver
The completed watch comes back with a written record of what was done. You leave with a watch that runs — and a note that tells you exactly how.
Service 01
Mechanical Movement Servicing
A careful, full service for mechanical and automatic timepieces. The movement is disassembled, each part cleaned ultrasonically and inspected individually, then reassembled with fresh lubricants matched to the component. Regulation follows, measured on a timegrapher, and the result is documented.
This service is suited to everyday automatics that have run continuously for several years, and equally to heirlooms that haven't been opened in decades. We adjust our approach to the movement's age and condition — a 1980s calibre and a contemporary rotor behave differently, and we treat them accordingly.

Service 02
Battery & Water-Resistance Care
A battery replacement done properly — which means not just swapping the cell, but fitting a fresh gasket and verifying the seal with a pressure test. This is the approach that keeps a sports or daily-wear watch protected around water, rather than just running until the cell dies again.
Ideal for quartz watches that haven't been opened in several years, particularly dive watches, sports models, or anything that regularly encounters water. Same-day care in most cases, though we ask that you contact us in advance to confirm availability.

Service 03
Vintage Restoration
A patient, hands-on process for older and sentimental pieces. We begin with a detailed condition review and photographs before opening the watch, then discuss our findings and proposed approach with the owner before any work proceeds. This is not a fast service — nor should it be.
Case refinishing is offered where appropriate and agreed in advance. We source period-correct parts where possible through our networks in Switzerland, Germany, and Japan. Where original parts are unavailable, we explain the alternatives honestly and leave the decision to you.

Standards
How we work, across all services.
Moebius lubricants only
We use Moebius watch oils and greases, selected per component. No substitutions are made to save cost or time.
Secure watch storage
Watches are locked in a cabinet when not on the bench, tracked by job number, and only handled with a corresponding work record open.
Verified water resistance
We don't assume seals are good. Pressure testing is standard practice after any job that opens the case.
Written record for every job
Every completed service comes with a plain-language document covering what was found, what was done, and the outcome.
Price agreed before work
We provide a cost estimate after examining the watch. Work begins only when you've confirmed your agreement.
Regular updates
You receive a message when the watch is opened and again when it's ready. Unexpected findings are communicated immediately.
